Most residential properties on the Gold Coast sit on a fortnightly cycle, which keeps growth manageable year-round. Larger blocks or properties with a lot of lawn often move to weekly through the wet season (December to March) and back to fortnightly over winter. We’ll recommend a frequency after seeing the property, and you can change it any time.
No, most of our clients aren’t home when we work. We just need reliable access; a gate code, a key arrangement, or a gate left unlocked, and we’ll let you know if anything stops us getting in.
We quote a fixed price per visit, based on the size of the property and the scope of work. You’ll know the exact cost before the first visit, and it won’t change unless you ask us to add work. One-off clean-ups on overgrown properties are quoted separately, since they take longer than an ongoing visit.
We tell you the same day, you’ll hear it from us, not find it later. Anything we damage, we repair or replace at our cost, and our public liability insurance covers larger incidents. It’s rare, but being upfront about it matters more to us than pretending it never happens.
