Questions
Most of our projects fall between $10,000 and $80,000. Where yours sits in that range depends on the size of the space, site access, the materials you choose and how much construction is involved. We start by visiting your property to understand what you want, then give you a clear, itemised quote so you can see exactly where your budget is going. If you have a figure in mind, tell us early. We’ll be upfront about what it can achieve and help you put it where it will make the most difference.
We’ll be in touch within 48 hours of your enquiry to talk through your project. Next, one of our directors will meet you on site. Your detailed proposal will arrive within 5–10 business days of that visit. Larger projects that need design or engineering input take a little longer. When that’s the case, we’ll tell you the timeframe upfront rather than leave you waiting.
On the Gold Coast, walls under one metre generally don’t need approval, but anything above that, or close to a boundary or structure, usually needs engineering and council sign-off. We work this out during the quote and handle the process, so you’re not chasing it yourself. We’d rather flag an approval early than discover it mid-build.
We can work either way. If you already have a landscape design, we’ll price and build it. If you don’t, we’ll walk the site with you, talk through options and put together a plan and plant selection as part of the quote.
Nothing gets added without your say-so. If we hit something unexpected, such as rock, old footings or a drainage issue, we stop, explain it, and give you a written variation to approve before we continue. No surprises on the final invoice.
At handover, we give you a care guide written for your garden. It covers watering, mowing and pruning through the first few months, which is when new planting needs the most attention. If you’d rather leave it to us, our Grounds Maintenance team can look after the garden on a regular schedule. We already know the planting and how the garden is meant to grow in, so you can just enjoy the space.
